Terry recently changed careers from working with her husband in a design build business that serves Wellesley and the surrounding areas.  Terry pursued and was granted her real estate license in early 2007, and recently, was appointed to the team at Rutledge Properties in Wellesley.  During her 7 years with in design build, she developed many relationships with the community and its residents and gained a tremendous understanding of the housing stock in town. 

Combining her experience in remodeling and property development, with her passion for real estate, Terry is now advising clients with navigating market conditions, selling their current home, or finding the home they love
